HTML Linked-In Person Searcher

Hey guys, hope you're doing well today! I have a simple question, well I think. Is their a way to make a HTML web-page which you can look someone up through Linked-In?

EXAMPLE: I search up Bill Gates on a search box, then it automatically searched Linked-In on information and Bill Gates and then It'll give me all the information Linked-In has on Bill Gates.

Hi there,

Of corurse, you should never access information unless authorized to do so. But you can register a developer account which will give you authorization with more information regarding your question. I have included some links that may be able to help you.

Thanks for responding fast, I'm don't know how to use it though. Maybe their is a tutorial you know of? Thanks.

I had a skim over the documentation at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/integrations/people/profile-api and there doesn't seem to be any specific search API that allows a search by name.

The LinkedIn URL has a search format like https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=bill%20gates but this will take to a LinkedIn page to give you results. Is that good enough? I don't know if you want an API version where the returned values can be programmatically handled (like JSON). I think LinkedIn wouldn't provide that type of API as there would be the possibility to abuse it.
