Autoclick print button goes into a loop

Hi, could you help me please? From a Chrome extension I would like to autoclick on print confirmation ("button confirm"), but this script partially works, as the page refreshes endlessly in a loop.

JavaScript:
setTimeout(function()
{
  labels = document.querySelectorAll('label');
  if (labels[1].innerText == "Modello di stampa")
  {document.getElementsByClassName("button confirm")[0].click();}
},500);

This is the saved static page.

FYI, the script for the “reports” click (third small icon at the top from right to left) is identical but works well and without repetitions because it links to the next page and not to the same page:

JavaScript:
setTimeout(function()
{
  labels = document.querySelectorAll('label');
  if (labels[1].innerText == "Modello di stampa")
    {document.getElementsByClassName("reports")[0].click();}
},2000);

Is there a way to let the two scripts in the page work in sequence (first autoclick “button confirm” and then “reports”) and prevent the loop od the first script? Thank you very much!
