"fake" BITS Job to keep it running?

Hey, can someone make me or give me a tip on how to make a fake bits job or something that will keep it running at all time? Because right now it keeps stopping after like 2mins and i thought about making a fake job for it in cmd via bitsadmin, but well i have no knowledge for it, so i'm asking for a little bit of help here
