Figure and figcaption

Is it valid to have one figure that contains more than one image with a single figcaption?

The spec says "One figcaption element followed by flow content. Or: Flow content followed by one figcaption element."

In my mind, "flow content" is not specifically ONE item.

Thoughts?

Ah ha! Upon further reading of spec on W3C site, they have an example of exactly this, so the answer is 'yes'.
