Fun activity fun chrome extension Idea

Hello everyone! I am new here but I am a very skilled self taught coder. there is still a lot for me to learn like creating a chrome extension. Recently I proposed a idea to my friends that we should make a chrome extension that allows the user to scan equations on websites like ixl or quizzes or images and be able to copy and paste them into websites like desmos and them to work. I am on a school Chromebook so even if I knew how to do this I cant upload it anywhere for it to be published. this is just a fun idea that I like to think of as a challenge. my friends and even my teacher thought this was a good idea. I would like schools to add this to allowed extensions so to do that it may not be able to solve the equations but just be able to copy it. so if anyone would like to code this and publish it, like I said I have no skills whatsoever and I would very much appreciate if if you did. I just want to turn this into a reality so a newer generation wont have to suffer by their fingers having blisters. thank you for your time and have a great day!

That seems like a pretty neat idea. I may have to give this a try over the weekend if I have some free time.

Nice! I'm also thinking about the program being able to translate text that is shown and not just in the HTML by itself by being able to access a variety of fonts and translate that into text by what is shown so it can translate anything and not just what is in the HTML. for websites like gimkit and maybe an ai translates it so it will be able to translate the words right and tell you which word would fill in the blank. mostly because some languages have different words for the same thing in English so it would help to know which one to put in when it translates it. because when I try to translate Quizizz for my Spanish class the words have the same meaning and translate to the same word or don't translate at all and it is kinda annoying
