Hello

Rosfield40

New Coder
I have decided to get into coding (starting with Python), I'm 32. I became interested in the prospect of coding in my teens but never ended up dabbling.
I only started learning a few days ago, and as fun as it is, I am really struggling with problems - is this because of a steep learning curve? I feel like I understand some of the concepts but I can't seem to wrap my head around what to put where and how to properly implement working functions and loops.

I am really enjoying it, and glad I am doing it now rather than later and signed up for a boot camp to help me along.
Hopefully looking at a career change in the future as I currently care for animals but don't find it challenging or mentally stimulating.

Any advice or good tutorials would be fantastic! Good to meet you all 🙂

Hey there!
Glad to hear you're on your way to world of coding 😀. As far as your commentary about mental stimulation... you definitely chose the right move lol. Coding, for lack of better words, and to put it very, extremely mildly, is the embodiment of the word "mental" XD. All jokes aside, as far as tutorials are concerned, not sure if you are a visual/audio/hands-on learner, but here is a great series on youtube:
