Node.JS Help with kurento example

Hello to all noob here!!! I am working an old example of kurento and i am wondering if anyone can help me.

First of all this working just fine as is.

I make some changes in the code so with the Join button to join the room and with a call button to make a call and with leave button to leave the room.

I want to do this:

When the new user (participant) join the room with the Join button if anyone else is inside and has call with (audio/video) and talk to listen him without to make a call, and after if i want to join the conversation to press the call so i can join the conversation.

If anyone can tell me or guide me how to do it i will be appreciate!

Don't forget i am a noob so excuse my mistakes for first time.
