I need a slider like this, but I need to do it with Bootstrap carousel. I tried it but it is so difficult to me because it is impossible for me to re-position and re-sizing the images and using the texts like that. Please help me.

Do you have any code that you've started? It would be easier to help provide prompts to you for areas you're struggling with, than the entire element code from scratch :)
