Thanks for the help mate

Another way using startswith and list comp.
Python:
lst = ['/search?q=chrome+webdriver&rlz=1C1CHBD_enIN1032IN1032&sxsrf=ALiCzsZzV82nGh7PsFzltlGMqVaKe-JR2Q:1669028827453&ei=21t7Y7yYG_2ZseMPlNOUiAU&start=10&sa=N&ved=2ahUKEwj88YTzkL_7AhX9TGwGHZQpBVEQ8NMDegQIARAM',
       'https://www.google.com/',
       'https://www.selenium.dev/downloads/',
       '/search?q=chrome+webdriver&rlz=1C1CHBD_enIN1032IN1032&sxsrf=ALiCzsZzV82nGh7PsFzltlGMqVaKe-JR2Q:1669028827453&ei=21t7Y7yYG_2ZseMPlNOUiAU&start=10&sa=N&ved=2ahUKEwj88YTzkL_7AhX9TGwGHZQpBVEQ8tMDegQIARAE',
       'https://chromedriver.chromium.org/',
       'https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/wiki/ChromeDriver']

newList = [element for element in lst if not element.startswith('/')]

print(newList)
