JavaScript How to Cache Custom Non-Google Font in Blogger Blog?

I want to use custom non google font like that:
CSS:
@font-face {
  font-family: 'Hacen Liner Printout Lt';
  src: url('https://dl.dropbox.com/s/7nbaxeic1c68ifh/Hacen%20Liner%20Printout%20Lt.ttf?dl=0') format('truetype');
}
* {
  font-family: 'Hacen Liner Printout Lt';
}
but it disappears and appears quickly every time the page loads, and I need to cache it.

I don't think browsers (even Chrome) make a distinction between Google fonts and non-Google font.
And I could be wrong but I was sure browsers do cache fonts as well as images etc. I don't suppose you are using a cache killer extension ?
Does it work differently when you do use a Google font ?
Have a look at the Network tab in de debugger, to see if the font is really reloaded from dropbox every time.
