You can find the variable for a logged in user.
For example,
You can use PHP to check the logged in variable(s) that are in use for your system to decide on what to display!
For example,
if(!isset($Account)){
// user not logged in
// show welcome msg html
}
if(isset($_SESSION['user'])){
// should definitely double check on security permissions & everything to make sure real logged in user
