Hi all,
I've done some basic web design....as a novice I have been using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and java.

I want a specific look on one of my web applications I want to try, the CSS bit I really have no idea on. I am trying to find a template that looks like the picture. Has anyone seen anything like this, to speed up the style development?

Appreciate your help,

That looks very square oriented. I'd suggest looking into Bootstrap as it'll get you started with stuff that relies on grid based elements. As for that particular thing, it's clearly custom so I don't think it's available anywhere to just take.
