html error on SCORM file

Hi, my first post I hope someone can help. I have a SCORM file which is having an issue on a learner management system (LMS) it normally works fine on others but on this LMS is causing an error message, the course loads but the error message appears. This is the part of code that the person at the other end thinks is causing the issue.
I don't know a lot about coding and any help appreciated. Can anyone help, happy to send over further code if that helps.html error.webperror-message.webp

Hi there,
Since it's a 500 internal server error, the error is probably somewhere on the server where the POST request is being sent to, this seems to be at app.tessello.co.uk.

Do you have access to the code on the server, or to the code creating the request to the server?
