After learning Python, you need to be familiar with its various frameworks. The set of ready-made rules, standards, and libraries that help programmers develop code and coding in a software environment is called a framework. Different programming languages have their own frameworks, and depending on the field in which you are programming, you can use web frameworks, application development, and more. By learning Python and its frameworks, in addition to reducing code size, you can provide security and fast software updates. there is an article for more information on frameworks

Is there a specific framework that you like the most? What about one that you think is the best for new coers?
I think there are a lot of great ones to choose from. There are so many frameworks, libraries, and modules to choose from when it comes to learning how to apply various teachings to real life problems. That's what makes Python such a wonderful skill to have as a programmer! You can rely on the hard work of so many smart developers to build even more elaborate projects. One thing in my opinion that makes Python frameworks so great is the ability to have a very good front end UI for users whether it's through the web or an app, while also having Python power the backend.

There are so many utilities that you can get fairly easily through Python compared to other languages like PHP. For web apps Python is really moving forward in many ways - Even if PHP 7 has provided countless improvements, Python holds its own *in certain regards*, especially depending on what data structures you are analyzing. Anyways, that's a tangent, but my main point is to highlight that even if other established languages provide incredible foundations for apps, websites, and scripts, you can seriously consider Python as one of the best leaders in the tech industry when it comes to having available resources - frameworks in particular. It's one of its best qualities as a language, and it gives so much diversity to a programmer because any type of work can be done with Python, and quickly. The time to develop is important and it certainly blows other options out of the water because of its developer contributions and tutorials all across the web.
