I'm new and could use some help

[CHARLY ROSE DIAMOND]

Hi there, it's my first time here and not sure where to post my question. So I figured I'd start here.
My question is, can you alter/tweak a plugin? I tried google search but it all refers to word press plugins.
Here's the only info I have so far about it:
http://support.skyprivate.com/en/articles/2391912-payperminute-plugin-how-it-works
It just has some really annoying features that I'd like to adjust or hide, that kind of thing.

Any help or direction on where I should post this will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance

Maybe post to web development or PHP, you should be able to edit a plugin if you have access to its source code.
With that, edit as you know what you are doing, and you may need PHP knowledge for this.
