Python Locked myself out of Path messing around with Virt Env

As the title says. I'm Admin on my computer but have been restricted saying I don't have permission to access Python nor change it. I had a pretty experienced Python coder connect via Desk. Couldn't do anything.
So this computer is out of the question (the one I'm on now).
I then bought a Raspberry Pi 4 B+ 2GB of ram and 128 GB of memory I installed. Luckily, it didn't catch fire or break. Going to Python with it. While Pythoning I was able to learn Beautiful Soup and scraped articles (originally was going to curate content this way for my News Site.)

I have financial problems and know how they can be solved, but, solving them includes Data Scraping from Aliexpress, FlipKart, Wish.com, into my Woocommerce W/Colors,Product Variation, and only have so much time. I'm not expecting to learn the entire dictionary of Binary. As I'm typing this right now I'm going to setup my pi and turn it on.

Does anyone have suggestions on tutorials or some sort of interactive program that can help a Kinstheology type learner like me, with the task I want to do. Would Webhooks be a better option?

My greatest accomplishment Commerce-Wise was the traffic you see for this project, when it got to earning the 100,000$ level. I got locked out and learned my lesson to get LLC's in my name as our deal was based on being Men and a handshake

Not asking for cheat sheet or shortcut to learning coding (have to relearn how to scrape articles, havn't done it since October)

The question is : Do you know of any kind of book or Interactive program/software that help drill Python into my simpleton brain? kinesthetic learning when I said that, I meant I learn through the actual movement of the education process, I have to see it in action. I don't have Dyslexia, I for sure have ADHD and got treated for it medically for first time @ 34 (Adderall).

What would help the most if I had same module versions as person's tutorial I'm following along with. That's why I sit there and try to find latest uploaded vid or tutorial.
I found this https://wayscript.com/index as you go along it explains every function with a popup box. I downloaded VS code on the computer I messed up yesterday (the one I'm on now), and no matter how many times I try adding Python 3.9 to Path, tried following along with a little bit outdated tutorial for VS code, and it wasn't the same, wasn't able to get the simple functions the tutorial showed on YouTube. The dude I did Graphic Design for was pretty versed in Python and was stumped on how I locked myself out of adding to Path (despite this user being admin).

So am starting out learning to code in Python on my Raspberry Pi 4.

How did you learn? Video or reading?

It would help if I had an index of terms and learn from there. Wayscript guy on YouTube was speaking a foreign language. I'm sorry for my noobness.

Alright, you can probably take a look at Code Academy. I find sometimes that their courses can be easily understood.

I'm not too familiar with Python but when I was learning Python I was using Code Academy. You can maybe also try freecodecamp, however, I have never tried it before.

You should have the site owner signup to codeacademy so he can reep benefits of residual sales from noobs like me when they sign up. I'll gladly abandon current account for new one to do that. It would bring cash for the forum.

I'm already signed up! However, I'm here to help, I don't want to reep the sales off of anyone. I simply just want to help out every coder who needs our help.
