PHP Need assistance with some PHP code

I'm trying to delete records

for example my first page passes the data

The delete script below however is not deleteing the selected info

I see that you have solved your question, great job! 🙂

However please try not to delete the thread content and if possible post the solution so that when a visitor comes along with a similar issue they can find the answer as well!
