  • Guest, before posting your code please take these rules into consideration:
    • It is required to use our BBCode feature to display your code. While within the editor click < / > or >_ and place your code within the BB Code prompt. This helps others with finding a solution by making it easier to read and easier to copy.
    • You can also use markdown to share your code. When using markdown your code will be automatically converted to BBCode. For help with markdown check out the markdown guide.
    • Don't share a wall of code. All we want is the problem area, the code related to your issue.

GIF shows where to locate </> in the thread and or post editor toolbar.
To learn more about how to use our BBCode feature, review our "How to post your code into threads" here.

    Thank you, Code Forum.

C++ Need help with colour change

Hi, I was trying to fetch some help to port a change in Transmission 4.0 to Transmission 3.0.

github.com

Change progress bar color depending on torrent state by mikedld · Pull Request #3976 · transmission/transmission

The change came out to be slightly bigger that expected. Despite kinda working, it also doesn't feel like the prettiest piece of code... Fixes: #1998
github.com github.com

The above PR is against the 4.0 beta 2 which adds specific colours to finished downloads. I can see that there are 3 files which affect this colour change. But not good enough to port to 3.0 myself. Would be nice if anyone can step in. Thanks.
