JavaScript Page is 'locked' and unscrollable on mobile only after closing (Tidio) chatbot window

On this website, I have implemented opening of the Tidio chatbot using a custom button using the directions [here on their website.

The chatbot works just fine, but the problem is that after you close the chatbot (mobile only), the page is locked, unscrollable. I've tried various things to return focus, initScroll, etc, but I am a JS newbie. How can I get page function to return after closing the chatbot window?

FYI, the issue is visible in Chrome Developer Tools when view is set to mobile view.

I've only poked around, because I don't really know how to solve this.
