I have 2 pdf forms that I want to turn in to one web page / web form. There is no need to post data, only a need to export or print once completed.
The forms are comprised of text boxes, checkboxes, and linux commands to get information. The difference in the forms is due to the version of the system they are using. 80% of the form would be the same on both but there are some key differences. Including everything on 1 page would be lengthy and at some points confusing. I could do 2 separate PDFs but I think having a single point of reference is better and more efficient.
I'd like the page to have 2 radio buttons and when "option a" is selected it populates the remainder of the page with one version and when "option b" is selected it only shows the other version or form... I have ideas and tried a few of them but I just haven't worked with this sort of thing in awhile and cannot tie the logic together. Not sure if I need IF statements or use document.write type of syntax... or both... or neither... Could someone please help me out?
