For what purpose? I highly doubt that instagram api is set up for that
Instagram doesn't have an official API for this so any script uses browser automation like Selenium, which risks getting your account flagged for automated behaviour. Users of modified apps like Honista v7.2 APK download sometimes find more flexible message management options built in. The simpler option is deleting entire conversations in the app which removes them from your side instantly without needing to unsend message by message.
