The "What are You Thankful for" thread

Being a programmer I think there's the natural criticism in the tone of things we post, respond and review in the internet world. It has driven the industry and all the technologies we have today. All of the expert research and work put into what we like to do, just as other industries are proud of their work and collective accomplishments. So in this thread we can use out expert knowledge over the years to instead of like the Simpson's comic book store owner, "Worst (piece of work) ever." we can list some things that were good moves over the years in the industry.

A simple mention like a video game rework or something complex like someone's life work with a few points summarizing their work.

I think Baptiste in Overwatch 2 was an excellent mod to add to the support characters if you need more fire power or the special abilities.

I don't know a whole lot about all the work Bill Gates has done over the years, but I like the Microsoft product he made and the efforts to drive the industry by learning and hard work.
