Python TypeError: 'str' object is not callable

shivajikobardan

Legendary Coder
Python:
    str1 ="100"

    y = str1+ "200"
    print(y)

output-: 100200

Now I want to do it differently like this-:

Python:
str1 ="100"

y = str1+ str(200)
print(y)

error-: str object not callable. Why am I getting this error?

I have studied that str(123)="123". if that's the case, why is this code not working here?
