Ads in Rust desktop games, anything?

Making games in Rust with wgpu, egui, winit, and glue to put them together, looking to put ads in a free version. I know I could maybe use crates wry and webbrowser for showing ads then making redirect to default browser on a platform to show ads from web and I have a website. I know if I use those it must be cookieless. I know how to screen for only some countries can get games from me and can have an agreement.

I did lots of searching for ad networks, if you know any good cookieless no minimum audience, and preferably has USA entity ad networks, great, I am still looking, but nearly I have asked all relevant ad networks so don't look too much. Anything I should know if I do cookieless web ads for a game? Anything better than that with no minimum audience for Rust stuff as above? Just to be clear on platforms, Windows, Mac, and desktop Linux. I also plan a separate ads thing for Mac than for others because of Apple fees.

In my research web like that makes cookies illegal. I can accept cookies but not keep them in wry. I think denial of cookies is normally a cookie. I don't want ads on rest of gugquettex.com, like my website. Feel free to ask any questions. I don't like or do C, C#, or C++, but might be okay doing FFI or whatever. X E.
