How to create a good cursor rule for our project?

I’m working on some cursor rules for a project, and I’d love some advice to make them as efficient and straightforward as possible. I recently read Best Cursor Rules for Cursor IDE and it’s been really helpful!
Highly recommend it if you’re new to cursor rules. Check .CursorRules

One thing I’m still unsure about: when describing the project setup, is it better to keep it general, like, “This is a NextJS app using TailwindCSS,” or go into specifics, like, “This is a NextJS platform for scheduling social media posts across Twitter and other platforms”?

If anyone has experience with this, I’d love to hear what’s worked best for you! And if you’ve got any additional tips on crafting effective cursor rules, please share—I’d really appreciate it.
