Hello all,

I am attempting to create this button on Squarespace using CSS. The thing I can't figure out is how to create that off-set outline. I was thinking box-shadow, but there's no way to outline a shadow, as far as I know.

Thanks in advance!
Julia

Hi @designbyjrs,
It's possible to have more than one box-shadow per element, so you could have a slightly smaller white shadow in front of a black one.

Something like this should work.
CSS:
button {
  box-shadow: 5px 5px 0 -1px white, 5px 5px 0 0 black;
}
