JavaScript JavaScript script that can read text that is inside of an HTML page?

Hey! This is a revision to a previous question I asked. I want to use JavaScript to read the text that is put onto an HTML page through an IFrame element. The IFrame element is a news and updates subscription list, and when you enter the information, the screen says "Your subscription has been successful." I want to later use this to put into a cookie and make an if statement to determine whether the IFrame should appear again. How can I do this?

@Servin_Laughter, If this is your web page set the cookie in the same code that sends the "Your subscription has been successful." message.
My question is "Why are you using iframes to get information?" or is the page displaied in the iframe asking for that information? If it is the latter check out this page https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/how-to-get-html-content-of-an-iframe-using-javascript/

@OldMan I have an iframe that is a newsletter subscription, and Iframe is what is given in SendInBlue. There is also HTML, but I want to use Iframe since I have to code already set up for styling and everything alse. How can I set a cookie in the same code that sets that? can I change the code of the Iframe somehow? SendInBlue doesn't let me do this...
